Available to current patients and new patients who have scheduled appointments, our client portal contains all key information and is the primary resource for your child’s care.
Apps Needed & Browsers to Use
Your provider utilizes Simple Practice for seamless care. You’ll receive a unique appointment link via email and/or text 72 hours and 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Access it using Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop. For phones and tablets, download both the “Telehealth – by Simple Practice” and “Client Portal – by Simple Practice” apps. If the link is missing, check the “Client Portal App.” To update your profile, exchange messages with your provider, or upload/download files, click the link below to visit the client portal.

What is SimplePractice and how do I use it?
SimplePractice is our secure online client portal where you can access appointments, documents, messaging, billing, and all information related to your child’s care. Once you receive your invitation email, simply create a login and you’ll have full access.
Who can access the SimplePractice portal?
Current patients and new patients with scheduled appointments can access the SimplePractice portal using the unique link sent to their email.
What should I do if I can’t log in to SimplePractice?
If you’re unable to log in, first try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link. If you still have trouble, please contact our office so we can verify your account and help you regain access.
